User Notice

By accessing or using a Zoolibrary product ("Product"), you agree to be bound (to the extent applicable) by our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all actions that are performed through your Zoolibrary account, including any use of third-party products or services (and associated data disclosure).

Where a Product is made available to you through an organization (for example, your employer), that organization and the individuals who administer such Product on the organization’s behalf (“Administrators"), control your use of that Product (including your level of access (if any) and enabling or disabling third-party integrations). Any content that you submit to the Product (including through third-party integrations) may be retained, accessed, used, modified, shared, or removed by the Administrators. Additionally, the organization that owns or controls the email domain with which your account was registered may assume control over your account at any time.

Any data privacy questions you may have should be directed to your Administrators, as your use of the Products is subject to that organization's policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an administrator's organization, which may differ from those set out in our Privacy Policy.
